• Legal Documents: Original Aadhaar Card and valid Driving License are physically verified and recorded at the time of vehicle delivery.

The information we collect is strictly used to process your rentals and maintain legal compliance. We use it to:

• Confirm and process your vehicle reservation query.
• Verify your identity and driving eligibility as per RTO rules.
• Contact you regarding pickup/drop-off coordination or emergency updates.
• Maintain mandatory security logs required by local traffic and law enforcement authorities.

For the safety of our customers and the security of our fleet, some of our vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems.

This location data is monitored only in case of emergencies, suspected theft, or policy violations (such as taking the vehicle outside permitted state borders without prior permission). We respect your privacy and do not actively monitor your live route otherwise.

We take data protection very seriously. We do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third-party marketing companies.

Your submitted documents are stored securely. We will only share your information with third parties (such as the Police or Insurance agencies) if it is legally required due to an accident, theft, or traffic violation during your rental period.
